  • Quality product, easy to use
Size: LP-64
I use this on the base of an astrophotography telescope. it’s one of the best items I’ve ever purchased from Amazon. It’s easy to adjust and has a heavy, weighted feel to it, adding confidence to its stability. Comes in a zipper pouch case.

  • Excellent device
Size: LP-64
This works extremely well for leveling once you setup your tripod. It allows you to fine tune your leveling without having to mess with your tripod legs. so good I bought a second one.

  • Used with my SeeStar S50 Astrophotography Telescope
Size: LP-64
Works really well to level my Seestar S50 telescope. I roughly level with the tripod, then use this for fine adjustments. Note: verify that your tripod and leveler use 3/8 inch screw head, same as Seestar. (some tripods have 1/4 inch screw.) BTW, I did put a large 1 1/2" flat washer between the leveler and the Seestar. The Seestar base needs to be able to rotate smoothly when operation, and thus it otherwise might rub on the rubber on top of the leveler. ... show more

  • Good product, but not for heavy cameras or telescopes
Size: LP-64
Much easier to level my telescope than adjusting the tripod legs, but there is some movement in the upper plate due to the spring tensioning. My telescope plus equitorial tripod head and camera weighs 11 pounds and is OK, but heavier equiment or imbalanced equipment could cause movement in the springs. Good quality overall. ... show more

  • makes leveling my tripod easier
Size: LP-64
gives me another option to level my tripod besides having to slide the tripod legs in or out to level it,defintely makes leveling my tripod easier, works with most tripods with a standard 3/8" mount stud, I use it for my ZWO SeeStar 50 smart telescope it is the perfect mate for it!

  • Works really well
Size: LP-64
I purchased this item to help level my Seestar telescope. It is much easier to use the leveler than to adjust the length of the legs on the telescope tripod to make it level.

  • Cumbersome to use
Size: LP-64
It is super difficult to achieve a quick leveling effect. Leveling is necessary for video and it often has to be readjusted especially if you move the tripod location. The wheel-screws are not very easy to work with and when one is maxed out, the others are not properly aligned due to the tilt caused by the first and therefore will not turn easily. They also creak and click - not sure if mine is defective- but overall difficult to work with. This one would work if you had to do it once and then left the tripod and camera in the same location for long shoots. After using this I would recommend the ball type leveling base for repeated or quick leveling, but those are more expensive ... show more
