Works well, cooks evenly, stacks as described, and cleans easily after a month of daily use. They’re heavy but not so much that you can’t handle them, my 65 year old active mother adores them as well as my 15 year old son. After 8 months of heavy use, these have surpassed the usual 3-6 month life expectancy of non-sticks in this household. I hand wash instead of using the dishwasher for them, don't use metal utensils, and rarely use a heat setting over 7/10 on my electric (boo) range. Love these pans!     • Best set I’ve ever had. Still going strong 2023
Update; 3/2023 these pans are still going strong and I absolutely love them more today than when I purchased them. We love cooking with them and cleaning them is a breeze. They still look brand new and for the first time we don’t hesitate cooking or experimenting on a dish because of the pans and clean up. We’ve made some of the best steaks in these pans browning first then finishing in the oven. Best purchase ever. Original review I absolutely love these pans. We don’t put them in the dishwasher and never heat them above medium heat. I always heat the pans before cooking and salt water after it comes to a boil. This is how the majority of pans should be treated when using to get the best performance and longevity out of them. Yes they are on the heavy side but I like that my pans when empty don’t fall over because the handle weighs them down on one side. They stack beautifully in my cupboard with being so easy my husband can even figure it out. I’ve had them for a couple of months now and have had no problems. I do have one pan that has the metal grove off center but it doesn’t bother me. I traded a set of ceramic coated pans for these. I originally loved my ceramic pans until I noticed a nick in the bottom that didn’t bother me until I was boiling water for something and noticed that there was something coming out of the nick and realized food and stuff was getting trapped between the ceramic and the pan basically contaminating everything I cooked in the pan since there was no way to clean the area between the ceramic and the metal. That’s why I purchased these to trash my ceramic set and I’m so happy these cook a lot better then my expensive ceramic coated pans more evenly by far.     • Heavy-Duty Cookware
These use steel brackets, on opposite sides of the pot, to insure that the pots can stack on each other without tipping over. These brackets add some weight, so the pots are a little heavier than most. Also, most have rather long metal handles. All said, the stacked pots save some space vertically, but not that much horizontally. The flat, stackable, tempered glass covers are also a nice space-saver. The pots themselves come in 8", 10", and 12" diameters with varying depths/capacities. We got the 12-piece set with only 8" and 10" pots, as 12" seemed bigger than we'd normally need. They don't make this particular brand with 6" or 7" diameter pots, which would be nice for heating up small batches. The anti-stick coatings look sound although we haven't used our set enough to see how long they'll last. According to the literature, these pots are dishwasher safe and can tolerate temperatures up to about 450 F in the oven, although we haven't tried them in that capacity. Because of the long handles, and little nooks/crannies around the brackets, these can be a little more difficult to clean, otherwise they're very solid and appear durable. ... show more

This stackable set is awesome for space saving! Really thick and heavy so I expect them to last a very long time with no warping. Cooks evenly and nicely! Very pleased and love this set!

Well made, strong, heavy, cooks nicely and it just needs a little soap and water to clean. Organized and easy to find in my cabinet. Blows away my old set and its a nice addition to my kitchen!. Well recommended!

    • Love my Pots And Pans!
I was concerned when I purchased because people were saying they were easily scratched. I haven’t had any issues at all. Love how evenly they cook and things DO NOT stick. They are heavy but that’s what makes a good pots and pans. Love the way they stack!

Brand new right out of the box one pot is gouged and the other pot the lid does not sit level. Expected better from calphalon. Call customer service and they just don't want to listen I want to send me a new lid when I told him that's not the problem
