So, I finally put on the Mattress Cover by CA Design Den, and it fits fine, even though it's a King, but the mattress is a California King size. THAT's the biggest reason I waited so long to try it - I didn't think it would fit - and technically it shouldn't. I assumed I had ordered the wrong size, and thought I had done so perhaps due to the Merchant Name (California Design Den). Anyway, the other reason I waited was because I live alone and I dreaded the thought of trying to put on a mattress cover by myself, that the mattress fully went into. I thought I would wrestle with it, try to fit it in, and it wouldn't go - but I was wrong. In fact, what took the longest time was vacuuming years of crumbs and other trash from the mattress and bed frame area. And what prompted me to try it all, was a sagging mattress that needed flipping over.

I got this for a daughter's bed, 3 yr, since she has had a few accidents and our old mattress cover was wearing out. I found this pretty simple to install and I was able to do it by myself and even though it was a little more work trying to get the cover around the entire bed, I loved that it protects the entire bed. We like it and my daughter hasn't noticed there is anything there.

I love the quality of this mattress protector, especially the waterproof ability that it has. I like it. It has ample space for larger mattresses, even with a two or 3 inch topper. It’s easy to put on fairly easy to take off and it cleans well if need be.

This is an outstanding mattress protector for a twin size mattress called an encasement, that covers the complete mattress in a waterproof but breathable cover that zips all the way around for 100% coverage on all sides, top, and bottom, and can accommodate a twin mattress up to 12" deep. this is protection from dust, moisture, stains, and a lot more. The cover is a pretty heavy duty material, and the sewing and materials all look great. This really is the ultimate protection for your twin mattress. I give this 5 Stars, and recommend it for anyone who wants to protect a twin mattress.

Due to circumstances, my partner and I are on a twin bed for the next few months and it’s been a whole thing getting the bedding, pillows and mattress topper and cover. We went through a few toppers before finding our one and I expected the same with the cover but I was pleasantly surprised to find this cover immediately. It’s got a little bit of cushion but if you want any actual true cushion you’ll need to get a topper as this is really just a thick cover (at least to us). The three qualities we absolutely required our cover to have were: 1. Full zipper encasement 2. Machine washable 3. Completely stain friendly for the cover and most importantly, act as a shield for the mattress beneath when we have meals and/or paintball wars Everything checked out almost immediately when the brief 80 seconds between changing the sheets found a sandwich dumped on-top of the cover. Followed by a coke the week after with sheets on. Glass of wine with sheets>topper>cover>mattress. And random chips and whatever in between. Yeah, it can get gross up in here but I’m never the type to kick a good looking mate out of the bed for eating in it so I guess that’s what I get. Point being, things that would have seeped through and stained and even left a residual odor did not and washed out great with some shout with one wash. I wash everything new in cold first and tumble dry the first time after one too many things shrinking so I had no issues there but that could be me just being paranoid. So for all that, this cover gets 5 gross stained stains washed out with stars. One thing I should mention is that this cover did not fit with our topper, only the mattress. I’m not sure if others expect that but it’s worth noting it’s for mattress only (at least with our giant topper).

I have a very pricey latex hybrid mattress and I wanted to keep it protected since I have pets and a young child. I love that it is waterproof but doesn’t make a lot of noise. It was a bit difficult to put on because I have an extremely heavy mattress so it would be a good idea to have someone to help you. The zipper is smooth and the fabric is good quality. It doesn’t feel stuffy at all. The price is affordable and I would definitely recommended this mattress protector.
