The C by GE app can be a little confusing when setting up timer automation. For the longest time, I couldn't get the light to turn off at my schedule set time. I knew you had to setup 2 separate schedules, a start time and an end time. What wasn't intuitive to me was that on the end time, you need to slide the brightness scale from 100% to 0%.     • Cync app doesn't work. Avoid!
I had a previous GE switch, and while it had problems, at least the scheduling worked with the old app. The new Cync app doesn't work at all. You can integrate with Google and use voice commands, but setting up schedules in the app to do something as simple as automate a bedroom lamp doesn't work at all!     • Stopped responding after 5 months
It worked flawlessly every evening, for only 5 months. Suddenly, despite being recognised by alexa and by the Cync app, it only works manually. On top of that, Cync no longer has customer support. Waste of money, and now too late for a return without original box.

    • Easy use with wireless, and good lighting
Energy efficient light bulb, that emits adequate lighting, which can also be adjusted for brightness using a remote switch. It also allows for scheduling by the remote switch, communicating by means of WiFi.

    • Great customer support! Products work great.
The light bulb did stop responding to voice commands and would constantly disconnect. My other 6 smart bulbs cy by ge worked fine though. Help desk was very quick to reach and they got the light bulb to hard reset and fixed the issue. They promised to replace the light bulb if it continued have issues later. The cync app needs OS 14 or newer on your iPhone for set up. App won’t install on older phones

    • Lights flicker non-stop
Nice price and easy set up. Unfortunately, these lights flicker so much that they can’t be used. I bought two bulbs and had the same issue with both of them. Save your money.
