I bought this coat exactly a year ago, but since last winter was fairly mild, did not wear it that often. With the arctic temperatures currently engulfing the northeast, I 've been wearing it every day and it has been fantastic. It is warm and toasty -- even in gale-like wind and temperatures close to zero. I also like the fact that it has additional press closures over the zipper to keep out the wind, closures at the neck, deep fleece-lined pockets, and a hood that is spacious enough to be pulled over a knitted hat and pulled tight. The faux fur trim on the hood is removable, and not being a faux fur person, I ditched that right away. One other plus: There is a discreet tape and small buckle thing on top of the hood enabling you to adjust the hood to a sleek and comfortable fit. Altogether, my go-to deep freeze coat! ... show more

The size XL coat fits well, is very warm and has cozy lined pockets which I like. I also like the two way zipper but wish the coat were a little shorter. Also, I don’t understand the purpose of the tab on the very top of the hood. Does anyone have any idea what this is for? Seems odd.

Packaged wrong, color was wrong, cheaply made zipper, materials are overall cheaply made. Buy something else from somewhere else.

Very well made very warm zipper works well pockets are great soft lined zip is on the pockets work great my only complaint is the hood is a little floppy even when you tighten it with the toggle without a hat on underneath it's blowing off my head but I'm going to keep it because of the warmth I'll just wear a hat ... show more
