The trolley features a 6-wheel design for smoother and more stable travel. A festoon system should be installed to provide power supply, operating on a 110V, 60Hz, single-phase power source. All wiring connections can be completed using aviation plugs for easy and reliable installation.
• Manual Solution:The gantry crane can be equipped with a manual hoist and manual trolley. The VD model chain hoist represents one of the most advanced designs in chain block technology. The trolley features an anti-collision design to prevent damage when the hoist reaches the end of the beam.
• Adjustable Height Design:The minimum overall height of the gantry frame is 7.74 ft, allowing it to move freely under most garage or workshop ceilings. The height can be manually adjusted using two locking levers, with 10 preset positions ranging from 7.74 ft to 10.99 ft.
• Reinforced Structure for Enhanced Safety:Constructed with 3mm thick Q235 steel that meets national standards, our gantry crane offers significantly greater safety and durability compared to competitors using 2.5mm steel. To further enhance safety and stability, we have upgraded the structural design from a 2,000 lbs (1T) capacity to 4,000 lbs (2T). The universal casters have been upgraded for 5-in to 6-in.

It works with a standard U.S. power supply: single-phase(1p), 120V, 60Hz if you install the electrical hoist. For manual hoist and trolley solution, the crane does not need any powersupply. How do I supply power to the crane? You need to connect a cable to the end of the crane’s festoon system. Using the aviation plug we provide, connect your cable according to the markings for live, neutral, and ground wires. How many people are needed for installation? We recommend 2–3 people for the installation. When installing the electric hoist, we suggest using a hydraulic stacker or forklift to assist with the process. Is the gantry crane a heavy-duty design? No. Although the main frame adopts a 2-ton design, we still recommend using this crane in low-frequency work such as home garages, small workshops, and auto repair shops and is not intended to replace traditional heavy-duty industrial cranes. What is the minimum overall height of the gantry crane? We have redesigned the crane’s frame structure, resulting in a total gantry height of 7.74 feet after installation.
