I ordered one size larger as I typically have issues with long jackets not fitting around my stomach area. This one I would recommend ordering the correct size- I think that by ordering a size larger I possibly messed up the fit of this. My issue is that the shoulders hang way low on my arms and it doesn't look cute- just very frumpy on me. My daughter tried the coat on and it looks really cute on her. She's about 3 inches taller than I am and she must have broader shoulders. It did really look good on her. The color is BEAUTIFUL! I love it. The construction and the fabric is very nice. I wish it fit a little better on my body type, but I would recommend this item based on how it looked on my daughter.

I ordered this for my daughter who wears a small, but she wanted a medium so she could wear a sweater under it comfortably. I usually wear a L/XL and as you can see in the photos, this medium swamps me! On the positive side, it is a well-made coat. It's quite lightweight with no heavy lining. It's ideal for spring/autumn. The sleeves have two buttons, which makes it nice for cinching. It's a long coat, coming to my calves (I'm 5'3"), which I expected from the Amazon pictures.

This is a nice coat. I ordered my normal size and it fit true to size. It's light weight but plenty roomy so you can wear heavier sweaters under in cooler weather. It's such a soft material that feels so nice on. It seems well made, all the seams are straight and no loose threads. The buttons are all attached well. It has a tie sash so you can tie it closed in the front or tie behind just to give it some definition. I'm tall and both the length and the sleeves are a perfect length and the sleeves have the double buttons so you can tighten them around the wrist if you like. This is a welcome addition to my wardrobe and I'm looking forward to getting lots of use out of it.

I was a little worried I would look like a tent in it, but it is really beautiful, especially the blue-grey color. It's a refreshing color to see for a coat. The whole coat is A-line, so you don't have to worry about it fitting your curves, and even the sleeves are flared so, they are not too tight either, which has been an issue for me in the past with other coats. My only upgrade would be to put a buckle on the belt, as tying the sash is not as secure or as attractive as a buckle.

The rain is just starting to arrive in Western Washington after a dry summer and this arrived just in time. It is a nice-looking, classic trench coat. While the model looks good with it open and unbelted, on my XL frame, it is going to look much more flattering with the belt on. This will be a great transition piece until the weather turns really cold.
