Originally I purchased BWT water filters as recommended for use in my espresso machine to reduce calcium build-up. I am on my second machine since ‘05 and can report that this does indeed work. The fact that it also produces incredible tasting water is a definite bonus. I prefer the taste of BWT water to bottled spring water.
