The glass is not perfect, but is 130.00 perfect. The claim that it works for any red dot I cannot say is true, but it works for my Swamp Fox Raider. Lineup was about 85 percent, but the elevation and windage alignment were able to get me right. Rolling on an 10mm M&P carbine that splits down the middle, this thing works perfectly with that.

I have a few of these, and after trying out other magnifiers have standardized on this. For the money, it's well-built and has the best eye relief of any magnifier I've tested...so you won't be scoping yourself when you have to squint half an inch away from somebody else's magnifier.

I purchased an Eotech but soon figured out that my older eyes weren't working the best for longer range target practice anymore (50 or 100 yard range shots). I didn't want to spend $400 more for an Eotech magnifier. This Bushnell optic does the job nicely for the price. It is clear enough and I like the focal adjustment (it works well). The swing-over mount was very stiff at first. I oiled the mount and then "worked it" a couple hundred times and it loosened up nicely. I really like the centering adjustments. Now I have a $600 combo that works nice, but not as clear as a purpose built scope. The optics and eye relief are OK but not nearly as clear compared to higher end scopes / binoculars. Side note: I probably should have just purchased a 1-6 power illuminated reticle scope for my shooting style, much cheaper overall and almost as useful as I don't intend to do any room clearing or pretend I'm going to WWZ. I use my AR for coyote, range shooting, and last resort home defense. This magnifier makes the eotech much more fun / useful for the first 2 missions.

Very well constructed 3x magnifier that seems quite tough and gives me confidence that it will hold up for a very long time. It takes a decent effort to pull back on the spring to flip the magnifier out, which is nice, since I do not want the recoil of my rifle potentially causing a failure of operation. Easy to adjust to “zero” by centering the forward optic to the magnifier. The eye relief/focus is a bit stiff initially but works in well. My only complaint is that the lens cover is trash and won’t stay on the optic — I would suggest that Bushnell use something of better quality or just stop supplying it as anything other than a shipping cover.

This beats my Vortex 3x magnifier by far. One of the very few magnifiers with this much eye relief, especially for the price! Paired with Bushnell red dot and Eotech 556 holo, no issues.
