This thing reads every time all the way out to 1700 yards But it’s a little bit cheap lightweight. The eyepiece turns super easy goes out of focus every time you put it in your pocket.

    • Mine was glitchy, but your's likely won't be. It's an amazing unit for the low price!
A good product, when it functioned it worked amazing. Crystal clarity, easy to use, easy to read and very accurate, (Checked against other units, and a physical surveyed marker. AND a wheel measure) The ONLY problem was that my unit would read the same range sometimes for a very different range. I had even set up reflective laser calibration targets, returning 100% accurate readings, but then the unit, on a target several yards closer, would read the same, as if it had saved the last reading and when I activated the laser again it just gave the previous readout. It did this several times, and one time the laser on indication around the reticle stayed on, indicating "Laser On" but, under IR camera and Gen-3 Night Vison, the laser was NOT emitting. But when the button was pressed, you could very clearly see it. So there may be some glitch with the unit I have. I intend to try a friend's unit (the person who recommended this unit to me who owns the same unit) and see if any of these symptoms happen with his, he says he has never experienced an issue. lucky me I guess. I do, like this unit, it's very tiny, it's robust and well built, and the optical clarity is stunning. The ease of use and clear display is better than most I have seen. I really hoped this would work well for me, but since It is glitchy I can't trust THIS particular unit in the field. HOWEVER literally no one I have asked who owns one, has had this issue. So I "win" fffff Anyway, GREAT unit would have had 5 stars if mine worked well. I Still give it 4, and will revisit this review and up it, if the new unit works fine, which I am almost 100% sure it will. This seems like one of those "It worked and passed QC but, like sometimes things do, something went wrong" sort of thing. I WILL buy it again once I play with my friends working one, and see how it goes. I really enjoy and need this thing lol it's an amazing, and solid feeling range finder. ... show more

    • Only bad feature I can find is the low light visibility of display.
Out of the box it’s very easy to use and to figure out the operation. Has almost instant display when using. So far It works fantastic, trees out to 770 yards so far. I had the original older Bushnell and this one far exceeds it’s operation.

Works for my needs. Display (which is in black) is at the bottom of screen. That makes it harder to see with a darker foreground. Also, the eyepiece gets out of focus very easily.

Nothing to dislike! Very accurate. Went to a football field and used the mark yardage. Every yardage was dead on!!!! It is very fast. The optics are crystal clear. The diopter is easy to adjust for the eye. Easy hold in your hands! The price is what I expected but if you go cheaper there is a real breakdown in quality!!!!! I had a cheaper model and that's why I had to buy new!!!!! I also got extended warranty which gives you a piece of mind!!! ENJOY WITH CONFIDENCE ... show more
