Our hamster loves to bathe in this sand, and uses it in a different box for potty. It’s very clean and low dust, and much more affordable than other critter sands. Be aware when using for hamsters, this particular type is the one you want, the other one they offer has something in it that’s harmful for hammies…I can’t remember what though lol I highly recommend this for hamsters, and surely is fantastic for reptiles too. ... show more

my 2 boy gerbils love this sand!! it cleans them well they are never oily with this stuff. only downside is they get it everywhere but if you own a gerbil its normal! For sure couldn't recommend this enough. way cheaper than whats sold in pet stores.
