    • Save your joints!
This purchase saved me so much time and joint pain while finishing my basement. The wire strippers don’t remove enough insulation to get proper contact when making hooks around the terminals. The wire twister is what will really make life easy compared to using a lineman’s pliers.

Strippers and wire nut installer work great. The wire twist tool is junk. Soft pot metal, or aluminum. The inside will not grip the wires and twist them. Would need to be hardened steel with sharper edges in order to grip the wires, to properly twist them. Will not work for even two soft copper number 14 wires. ... show more

Bought this to make it quicker to wire my pole building. It will not strip 12ga or 14ga solid wire as listed it just smear the outside and does not cut it. Will be getting a refund. Did not even try the other parts in the set.

Works well enough, it doesn’t like green THWN but strips others fairly well. The nut twister doesn’t work well on the ideal profilex series of wire nuts, the wire twister is decent, nothing to write home about but it does help make things quicker. If you don’t pay attention to the push ring you end up lengthening or shortening your strip without realizing so pay special attention to that. ... show more
