This is a flop. While they perform a job, the 7 in one is far better

  • Garbage
Always bought Klein strippers, my last pair quit stripping wire so well and I decided that I would try these Milwaukees.. first use was stripping 3 wires, solid and 1 stranded, they stripped them but I couldn't say they done a good job, I was more so pinching the sheathing and pulling it off vs actually stripping... Had bought an old Victor brand victrola record player from 1930. Wife wants to repurpose the cabinet so I was stripping all of the electrical components out,, cutting the wires to each individual component, when I was donyi noticed that the cutting edges had been screwed up, 2 nicks, as if I were trying to cut a hardend bolt or two.. took them back and swapped them out for a new pair, same style... I used them 1 time to cut a solid wire, something like 10 gauge, did it again... Unbelievable!!! I wouldn't even recommend those to a highschool shop class for learners nor would I recommend them to a harry home owner for farting around with a hobby in the evenings and weekends.. those are the absolute worst strippers/tool I've EVER owned... They were comfortable, and I liked the design, but Functionality wise, purely trash!! Not even worthy of a quarter of 1 star! Back to Klein, the brand I trust. ... show more
