Great coffee maker

Yes, it’s a little big, but it brews a pot of coffee in very little time, the coffee is hot and tastes way better than our regular home coffee maker. Follow the instructions when you get it and let-r-rip. We have people stop in frequently so it’s great to be able to have some coffee for them. Super easy to use and we are using the same amount of coffee we were using in our Mr. Coffee machine, 6 tablespoons of coffee grounds for 12 cups of coffee. Not to mention, if you want to make tea, just clean out the coffee grounds basket and throw it back in it’s place, put a pot under it and dump some water in, half a pot is plenty for a couple cups of hot water really fast for tea. We put away the old coffee maker and the tea pot and just use this now.

Great for home use

I had an older office coffee maker, bought at a yard sale. Made coffee FAST! I got used to that very quickly. When it died I needed a replacement. I wasn't used to waiting for... ev... er for a pot of coffee. This brews a pot in about three minutes. I grind my own and know more coffee is needed because of the fast brew. It makes a great cup of coffee. It did get LOUD after a while. I just poured about two cups of white vinegar in a carafe and the rest filled with water and brewed through a filter to catch anything. Then made about 5 pots of hot water. Since it takes such a short time to brew a pot, it wasn't a horrible experience. I have used the long spring cleaner thingy and that gets HOT! I like the extra warmer, but haven't used it much (except at the holidays, when it was wonderful). I have moved to a much smaller place but this big coffee maker had to come too. Makes coffee daily and plenty of hot water for any other needs. I like the extra decanter, as the coffee starts brewing as soon as the water is poured. Well worth the $$$

This product is terrible. I bought it 6/16/26. By 8/15 it was leaking to the point that 1/2 the water was expelled onto the countertop during brewing. Aside from making a huge mess, the carafe was 1/2 empty and the coffee was bad. Contacted Bunn to try and remedy the problem. Their response was $114 for a service call and an additional $114 for any repairs. That’s more than 2/3 the retail cost for 2 months use. Don’t buy this machine. It’s not reliable and customer service stinks!
