Day one and already noticed the biggest difference. It’s super durable, easy to put on my metal bed frame, and has stopped the sagging of my mattress so much that it has improved my mattress support. I thought it was my bed the whole time despite it being a pretty new bed, a few years old, but it was the lack of support under it the whole time! I hear no more noise from the metal frame. It was on sale as well so make sure to watch for that. It fits my bed frame perfectly for a Full size bed.

So far the quality and support are good. I totally noticed the difference on my back when I put the under mattress support board on my bed. The only thing I wasn't too impressed was the short straps they came with to help keep the board from moving. The straps were not long enough for my bed frame but, overall it's a does it's job.

Our mattress is a 32cm thickened model. Before, the center always felt slightly suspended, with a slight wobble when turning over. After laying this support board down, the entire bed instantly became solid and stable. What satisfies me most is that it solved a long-standing problem: the thin mattress used to slowly shift on the bed frame. Now, with dual anti-slip protection on both sides, it hasn't shifted at all in three weeks!
