I got this for my twin-sized daybed. The bed has a metal spring base and is decades old. The metal is very squeaky so having this board on top of the springs helps to minimize the annoying squeak every time I shift or move. It secured well to the bed frame with the straps and it has helped add some support too.

Strong and holds up well. Was pretty easily to install and use by myself. Does have some weight to it (thankfully since my mattress weights about 215 pounds). I did use this on a bedframe that has slats for a platform bed, but I wanted the extra support. So far so good. Very supportive and no sag.

This made a big difference for the comfort of the mattress. The metal slats on my foundation are 4-7 inches apart and that made the mattress very uncomfortable. This makes a flat surface and really helps!
