ACT mouthwash tastes very minty and fresh without being sickly sweet. It's a good balance. My wife doesn't prefer mouthwash with alcohol, so she doesn't especially like this but I don't mind alcohol in my mouthwash (gives it some punch! ha ha.) This product contains fluoride AND whitener. Some other mouthwashes make all sorts of other claims about what they do, but I just never like how they taste and I never feel like they do everything they claim they do. I have absolute faith in ACT whitening with fluoride. I trust my teeth and gums to it. As long as you're not sensitive to the ingredients you will not regret trying this mouthwash. Fluoride actually helps rebuild your damaged tooth enamel. So even if you have a history of neglecting your teeth a little bit this can actually reverse some of the damage! I used to get so many cavities. No longer! Oral health is PARAMOUNT! Take care of your teeth! They will help take care of you. And don't neglect your gums, either!
