I have bought around 10 of these. The first time I got one for a wedding gift I noticed the small plate it came with to engrave. While I didn't like that plate, I took the clock to a local engraver and they got a nicer plate and engraved it and we've done this for every couple the past few years we've gone to their weddings. This clock is very attractive but I'd like it better if it were bigger. The product dimensions are pretty accurate but I still expected it to look substantially larger. It's still very nice looking, though. There is a review that mentions how thin and cheap feeling the pendulum is and I agree. But when it's hanging up on the wall you can't tell at all. The clock has kept time perfectly and is very quiet. I really like it and would recommend it. My home is still under renovation & is in the early stages of decorating but here's a quick picture of it on the wall so you can get an idea of it's scale. I think once I add the wood blinds and window curtains on either side of the window mouldings it will stand out better in the space and not seem so small. ... show more

Not sure the price matches the product BUT if you wanted this particular style and type… you do it anyway. I’d of loved to pay closer to $40? I’m unsure why the price is so high - but it arrived well, easy to put together and install. It’s definitely an enjoyable piece in our living room now.

The quality of this clock is excellent. Best features are easy to read numbers, it is very quiet, simple to hang on the wall and the movement of the pendulum is so smooth. Definitely well worth the price.

Excellent wall clock!! The woods are both beautiful (color, grain and finish) and in combination they are stunning. The combination also makes the clock more versatile because it will work well in a room with various wood tones by bringing them all together. The polished metal pendulum provides a perfect contrast to the wood and is the right size and degree of swing. It also has a soft tick that I find comforting when I can hear it and never annoying.
