Wonderful skipper! I have an 8 inch memory foam mattress with a 4 inch fluffy topper and this cover handled them very nicely, sealing both under beautiful encasement. This is a waterproof fabric, not one of those cheap plastic covers and fit exactly as the dimensions say.

I bought a 12" cover for a 10" mattress. Good fit. Decent material and zipper. Can't comment on it's waterproofness, bought it mainly as bedbug protector. If I had bought the 10" size I don't think I could have gotten it on the mattress.

This fit PERFECTLY over both the box spring and the other one we bought, for the mattress which went on perfectly as well! I’m SO happy with these covers! Stretchiness was great! Great fabric diffently not fragile but don't ruff handle it. I used on top mattress. I'm not sure it would fit the box spring due to wood framing. I would probably need a 15" deep cover.
