Hi everyone! I bought this hot tub in March and I can tell you that this is the best quality you can buy for this money. If you want to buy the same quality from another brand you'll have to pay almost double the price of this one. I saw the other reviews and somebody said that there was no power for the jets which is not true. You see the little arms on the top, those are for adjusting the power for the jets. You just have to turn left or right for what works best for you. The jets are really powerful! I recommend this product for everybody. You won't regret it! I previously owned a different brand for the same money and it was a joke.

After installing the Bueno spa by a professional service crew we found that 4 of the larger jets don't function correctly. They spin and leak. Contacted the Manufacture ( Bueno company ) but as of yet still have not received any responses. Typical scenario looking at the other issues with this Bueno spa being reported. When is Amazon going to better protect the consumer when a product has so many 1 star reviews? Return is not an option and they probably know this so again, SOP probably is to ignore the customer. Bottom line be prepared to trow a little more money at it and be able to maintain/fix it periodically. NOT RECOMMENDED! UPDATE: Still no response from either Bueno SPA or Amazon on making this right. Bueno SPA Jersey is defective but neither company has attempted to rectify. I'll have to pay $350 now to have the 4 jets replaced and stop the leaks. Word of caution...by local so you have someone that will support your new expensive hot tub.

Nice hot tub, much cheaper price than any of the hot tub stores, quality is very good easy to use, directions could be much better but we figured it out. Hot tub does not have spray foam on the tub itself but is insulated on the exterior walls hopefully it's enough for the Michigan cold winters. It's quiet enough to have a conversation with the jets on.

Tub looks beautiful and works well. We’ve had it up and running for 3+ months with no problems. We were worried about the small horsepower, but it seems very efficient, and the Jets are plenty strong enough. Delivery was a week early, which was great. The delivery driver put it on opposite side of driveway from the patio it was going to go on and refused to place it where we wanted it, 20 feet away, despite his being able to back up right to patio which would have been just as easy. At 800 pounds there was no way to easily move it across the gravel driveway to the patio. He claimed it was due to the electrical wires connected to the house; however, he had already successfully gone under the wires, as the place he delivered was directly across from the place we wanted it. We feel it was due to the fact we were the last delivery and he was already an hour and a half past his work day.

There were so many mixed reviews before I bought this hot tub. I went back and forth but it had absolutely everything I wanted in a hot tub. Everywhere else I looked, for a similar model, it was more than double the price. I figured if it comes and I need to fix a couple of jets or something costs me $1000 I will still be saving. I had to fix nothing! My husband is very handy and ran the electric and hooked up the whole thing. We have had hot tubs in the past so this wasn’t our first time. It works perfectly and it’s so nice.

Tub started reporting a "FLO" error soon after getting it set up. Initially, customer support was helpful and we tried several fixes over the phone, to no avail. They authorized a warranty repair, but then they "couldn't find a technician" in my area and left it to me to find a repairman who would follow their process. Unsurprisingly, no one wanted to drive out to my place, make an estimate, and then wait for approval to come back a different day to complete the work. I reported this back to the company, and sadly, I've not heard back from them since. I'm going to be stuck just paying for the repairs out of pocket on a brand new hot tub for a component failure practically 'out of the box'. This is a very poor way to run a company and a very sad commentary on their 'warranty' they offer. Buyer beware.
