We purchased this 14 months ago and already the heater has stopped working and the pump stopped working and when I called local companies that sell spas, they won’t come and work on it because I didn’t buy it from them so this is what I feared when I bought this from an out-of-town company so please be careful when you purchase these things online like we did through Amazon. The warranty is one year labor and two year parts so even if we can find someone to work on it we will have to pay for the labor on some thing that’s only 14 months old and has been well-maintained. ... show more

We bought a Beuno spa in March 3. 2 weeks later the lights quit working We’ve been getting the run around get it fixed We actually bought this unit because the warranty was linger that all other brands. They want us to find a repair technician to come out and give an estimate and to see if they’ll even repair the lights ... show more
