Beautiful little plant. It looks like it was maintained beautifully during its growing on the farm. it had plenty of sturdy branches, with the tree standing about 8” high from the top of the soil up. Upon taking it out the box I was super excited, but then I noticed brown spots on the leaves and yellowing/wilting leaves. I told myself “okay I can fix this” but then I checked the bottom of the pot to see a slug and then a ugly centipede, A centipede I’ve never seen before come out the bottom. So ya know the reflex kicked in I dropped it and the centipede fell off and I squished it otherwise I would have a picture to show you guys. I also noticed a bunch of those little white bugs that tend to infest untreated plants. So yeah very disappointed. ... show more

The plant arrived healthy and fast (in two days). Major kudos to the owner for shipping such a beautiful bonsai starter plant. The plant is shaped nicely and bonsai ready! Just planted it today hopefully it will survive my care. Highly recommend this vendor!!!!

This came quickly. It came the day It said It would even though the shipping updated to a day later. It was packed pretty good. UPS would have had to kick it around Ace Ventura style to really damage it any. Was kind of fun to unbox because I didn't know what to expect and slowly removed the packing peanuts by the handful before I could see the plant. I meant to take a picture before I took off the plastic. The pot was wrapped with a clean plastic bag and taped securely close to the base so there was very little mess. Like a couple of flakes of dirt when I got it out. Overall it looks very healthy and I like the bend that's already there. I think the uproots will make this an interesting piece. I will probably order from Brussel's again! Also, send me free trees! I'll take ones you think won't make it! ... show more
