Originating in the dry regions of South Africa, The Dwarf Jade, or ‘Elephant bush’, is a succulent plant, which explains its ability to store water for a long time. It is a very undemanding plant, well suited for individuals who travel often or who are prone to forget to water their plants. Thick, round, dark green leaves sit atop fleshy stems and branches, beautifully contrasting against the thick upright trunk. Though jade plants can grow to heights of 10 feet tall in their native habitat, it is an ideal bonsai for a beginner; This beautiful plant is easy to care for and will be a thing of beauty for years to come. Each live plant is shipped with the phytosanitary certificate as required by the USDA.

The media could not be loaded. Everything in the post was included in the packaging material, and the bonsai tree was very carefully packaged. There was a very small stem that broke during shipping but that is all. The branch is very healthy so I’m trying to propagate it next to the tall one! There was also a small leaf in the potting soil that had already started to propagate and is showing signs of root growth. I’m extremely happy with my purchase! Hopefully the small stem and leaf will produce 2 other trees. Thank you guys very much! :) ... show more

It took 7 days to receive because they sent it to the wrong fulfillment center. I wish I would have took pictures of it when I received it cause it was much foller. After about 2 weeks I started loosening leaves. These picture's above are only half of the leaves I lost. I hope this dose have a insect problem. I have heard of people having this problem with trees they ordered from this company. It could also be from the long shipping time. See i order this in December and it took 7 days to get here im sure it put alot of stress on it. I will give a update if the tree dies. I know how to water these trees and have a grow lite above it so I know its not from that.. P.s make sure your not over watering. I water it ones every 7 to 10 days seeing its inside and its winter. These trees hold the water in the leaves and the stem so they can go along time even when soil is dry. The way to know when to water is what till the leaves start to shervel up then u know it needs water. The leaves will plup back up after u water it. Thats the number 1 reason so many people end up killing this plant is by over watering.. ... show more

I had really hoped for the oval white pot in the listing, but mine came in a ugly rectangle dark blue pot. It is only 7 1/2 inches and there is some damage on the main trunk, looks like a main branch broke off the side before shipping. It had dropped alot of leaves in the shipping box, but appears ok. I had hoped to get a true 5 year size so i am a bit disappointed, plus i hate dark blue and rectangle pots. The media could not be loaded. So my pot arrived three days earlier and it’s a good size tree with lots of foliage however, the soul mix was all dumped out and in the pond area of the pot, so my question is since my tree is wobbly should I take it out rewire it and put fresh bonsai soil on it?

Package was delivered fast. The bonsai tree was bought as a birthday gift and my cousin loved it!! As I live on her property, when plant was delivered I just gave it to her in the box. The bonsai was very well packaged!! Like VERY WELL packaged. The growers took amazing care with that!!! I loved the bonsai so much I now have 1 in my cart for me to purchase on payday lol The bonsai leaves are very healthy and shiny. The bonsai looks to be extremely healthy.
