You have to put it on and let it dry for like a minute but it even holds my eyeliner on well! I use it mostly for shadow though and it stays on all day as long as I don't touch it. It makes the colors brighter and pop too!

makes my eyes burn and turn red. not sure why this is happening. it does work and prevent eyeshadow transfer, but after a few hours (1-3hr) ive repeatedly experienced an excruciating burning sensation in my eyes that ive never experienced with any eye product before. it was honestly so scary and i had to remove the product and rinse my eyes out immediately. i dont have sensitive skin and i rarely get allergies so i think it was an issue with the product. i use eyeshadow frequently and i had high hopes for this product but i will have to throw it out. this was also the first urban decay product ive tried so i was excited to try them for the first time and was sadly disappointed ... show more

This primer is the best one I have used. It is safe around the eye area and keeps the eye shadow in place. No creasing or oiliness, and it doesn't alter the color of the makeup. It's pricey but worth it.
