Of all shrubs with flowers, The Azalea is by far the most dramatic with brilliant blooms of radiant color blooming in late spring. While there are many species of Azalea, the Satsuki, or Rhododendron indicum is easily one of the most popular, featuring an excellent low, twiggy habit with lovely funnel shaped unscented pink flowers. The plants, frequently praised for arriving in good condition and looking vibrant at first, seem to have a mixed success rate in terms of long-term viability, with some thriving under careful attention while others deteriorate rapidly despite efforts to maintain them.

Should I Buy It?
Considering the mixed reviews, the purchase of these bonsai plants might be somewhat of a gamble. If you're experienced with plant care or willing to take the risk for a potentially beautiful bonsai, it could be worth it. However, if you're looking for guaranteed long-term viability and minimal initial care, you might want to explore other options.
