I had high hopes for this product. I heard that bonsai's are hardy and live a long time so i was really looking forward to a long life with this plant. Unfortunately only a few days after it was delivered it started to look worn out. I also thought that since it was advertised at 6 years old it would be more established, but it looked sad and had no blooms on it at all. I followed the instructions and even called the manufacture to ask for advise and they said i must have killed it, refused to replace it and told me i should contact Amazon. I have many happy house plants, none of them have died, I don't kill plants. I think because it came from so far away it was damaged in the shipping process. I want a new plant or my money back, but am having a hard time getting a hold of Amazon for this. ... show more

Bonsai arrived with large limb as well as small limb broken off. I ordered 2 the jade was Perfect, packing was done so well. This one seemed to be in a box that was Too large. The plant must have been bounced All over the place. It was twice the size of the actual plant. Other wise I would give this plant all 5 stars!!! ... show more

This item would have received a 5 star rating g but it was quite damaged. Several larger branches were snapped and broken, loose in the box. A gorgeous azalea, though. It will take some time to fill in the large gap the missing branches caused. It is very healthy and quite nice.

My wife loved the Brussels Bonzai that I bought her for Mother's Day! The plant was healthy and arrived undamaged. One suggestion for seller, place a thin perforated /slit bag over the plant before adding peanuts to the bag. This will help with unpacking. The peanuts were crammed into the branches.
