Chain has stayed tight. I've used the tools to disassemble many times for cleaning. One trigger start, no chain to pull. I bought this chainsaw for trimming tree branches around the yard, and it exceeded my expectations. Since it fits my Milwaukee M18 batteries, setup was quick and hassle-free. It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and the auto-oiler works great. Excellent tool for the price!

    • Sharp and durable little unit
I read a few reviews before writing my own. I am very impressed with this saw. I have two stihl chain saws and you don’t grip this saw like a chainsaw, more like an angle grinder. If you’re strong enough to keep a firm grip on this saw, you can cut any size wood within reason. I cut down a 10” diameter dead ash just to see if I could do it! I even cut rectangular mortises in birch to see if I could maintain control. No problem! The chain seems durable enough even though I nicked the ground a few times trimming little stumps to the ground. This saw is so light you can do precision work with it. Still running strong. If you treat it with care and don’t bind the chain or twist/warp the bar, you should plenty of mileage from it. t’s a keeper. ... show more

This is a great little chainsaw,............. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TOY!!! This thing is SMALL!!! There is nothing in the add to compare, and see it in perspective, just trust me, it is utterly TINY! Yes, it comes with 3 replacement chains, but that is because they are proprietary, and once those are worn out,...... good luck finding more! It looks so incredibly fragile and weak, I returned it as soon as I opened it. I knew from the price that it was going to be a cheap product, but figured if it would at least get my hedges trimmed down it would be worth the price, but once I saw it, I had too many doubts that it would even get a quarter of the way into the project before breaking, or plain old wearing out. ... show more

    • I like it for small light jobs
Used this for three weeks straight mostly on limbs and small trees about 3-4 inches in diameter. However took a couple trees down that were 6-8 inches in diameter. Keep oil in it. Take the bar off and clean it out occasionally. Multiple chains was a big plus.

You have to assemble this chainsaw and the lack of instructions to accomplish this is problematic. I managed to do it, but I struggled to do it. I attached a battery and it works. Did not attempt to cut anything yet. I gave it 2 stars, because it wasn't assembled and inadequate assembly instructions. Hopefully this will be able to actually cut some thick branches, that it claims it can do. It's small and lightweight, so i have my doubts. Follow-up: got to use it today and it worked very well.
