Found this product when looking to replace a much larger, bulkier jump starter purchased from Harbor Freight. Have owned for a month now and am very pleased. We have older cars which occasionally need jumping. Just yesterday one of them needed a jump so I was able to test it and it worked perfectly. The size and weight is a huge plus over the older jumpers we've used before. Despite it's much smaller size the quality and construction seem very good, does not feel like a cheaply made device. A nice bonus is being able to charge our mobile devices as well when needed. Overall very pleased so far. Bought several so we could store in each of our cars. My only gripe would be that I had to purchase a separate usb-c to usb-c cable and a 60W PD 3.0 wall charger to get the very fast, 40 minute, 0-100% full recharge of the device. I found it confusing at first to know what wall charger to purchase and wish the product's instructions would have made it more clear what to look for in a wall charger. I eventually figured it out doing research but was never I got the right thing until I picked one and tried it out. You can buy other charges, including larger wattage chargers as well just make sure it supports PD 3.0 Fast Charging to ensure it will work. A benefit of purchasing the usb-c to c cable is that it will charge my cellphone much faster than using the usb-a to c cable that comes with the brorak. I also like the fact that the box it comes with is a perfect way to keep everything stored in your car, so no extra case or bag is necessary. The device can loose a small amount of charge over time ( not sure how much and how quick yet ), but you can still jump your car even when it is not 100% charged up on the device. I noticed a 15-18% drop in charge after jumping my van. Other reviewers said they got at least 3 jumps on it before recharging, so that's a nice safety net in case yours is not fully charged when you suddenly need it. I also like that in theory you can actually recharge the brorak using your vehicle's charging port or for older cars like mine, a cig-lighter adaptor. I bought it to be an emergency car starter, not an extra device battery bank (though I have charged my phone a few times in a pinch). I've used this several times since I ordered and have boosted 3 separate vehicles that had dead batteries (or close to) and were unable to start in frigid January North Dakota weather. This quickly and easily was able to get them started, my co-workers and a neighbor were thankful for a cold weather rescue. Quick to charge, relatively small form factor, and it is super useful. Has an Integrated flashlight which can help get you situated under the hood. It does have a USB port for charging electronics in addition to vehicle batteries (which is what I bought it for). The only *slight* drawback is the jumper cables could be longer and additional USB port(s) would be nice; that may well be a design choice for ease of use or product engineering reasons. Likely both are available on more expensive models, but I still feel like this BRORAK emergency car jump starter/battery is a VERY good value for the cost. Big thumbs up, definitely recommended, and I would totally buy again - great peace of mind to have on hand! ... show more

The product arrived carefully packed. Charge time via a cell phone USB charger was quite acceptable. I did not anticipate having to use this after only two weeks, but I was glad I had it. When I took it out of it's box, it was fully charged. It was easy to attach to my trucks battery. The truck started as soon as I turned the key.
