Top Amazon Reviews

  • Simple to install, intuitive and convenient to use.
Style: S102 Size: Round
The only dislike was how long it took Amazon to ship out a used, like-new product which was the only one in stock. Three weeks is ridiculous. It was well worth the price, though it was $25 more than the brand new restock units. Amazon has been honest about its used, like new inventory. I’ve bought two items described as such and they bother were truly like-new. Every part of the bidet was still packeted in the unopened internal plastic bags. The original box was a little tattered, but an effort was made to ensure it safely arrived. The install was a snap; 30 minutes. The finished work looks better that the original connections. Care was taken to use the meager amount of Teflon tape that came with the it. All connections were hand tightened then snugged up with a minimum of force. When the cutoff valve was reopened it sat for awhile just checking for leaks, and not a drop escaped. It’s been a few weeks now and everything function perfectly and still the joints are dry. The bidet controls allow for some adjustment for water pressure, and the dual wands are right on target. The selection dial for the area to cleanse is obvious. Roll the dial counter clockwise for men, clockwise for women. Turning in each direction there is a midpoint that runs a cleaning cycle. It engages both as the wand is deployed and returned to off. There is an index that the user can feel as the control is rotated. There is nothing about this bidet that’s looks or feels cheap. The directions could be clearer about the installation of the toilet seat mount plate. The info is there, but one diagram seemed out of sequence. This bidet is highly recommend. Yeah, it is the only one I’ve ever used, but it isn’t like there is a learning curve. Enjoy. ... show more

  • The Best Non-Electric All-In-One Solution
Style: S101 Size: Elongated
Pros: - Quick Installation - High Quality Parts - Soft Close Lid - Sit-able Lid - Small Knob for Operation - Self-clean Nozzle During Operation - Fits a Wide Range of Elongated Toilets Cons: - More Expensive than Cheaper Attachment Only Options - Rear Cleaning Angle These toilet seats are a game changer, don't get pulled into the hype that Tushy offers. Their highly overpriced bidets should cost about $30 max. The Brondell Bidet Toilet Seat offers an all-in-one solution that removes the need for the bidet attachments causing weird offsets for your toilet seats, a soft close toilet seat alone can cost $60+, let alone one where you can sit on it. This package includes everything you need, including a heavy duty T connection for the tank and split line. All very high quality materials and includes the rubber gaskets so you don't need to use tape. Just make sure the gasket hasn't fallen out of the T before installation! If you're familiar with bidet installation this takes about 10-15 minutes to install, that's including removal of the previous one. I will say that this bidet shoots quite a bit more forward on the elongated version than I was used to so just be aware of that (for rear cleaning, I'm not familiar with the feminine hygiene function so can't speak to the angle / quality of this). I would recommend this for anyone looking at non-electric, non-heated options. I also have installed the round versions of this seat and highly recommend that as well. I installed this on 3 different types of toilets and it adjusted to fit each one perfectly, zero complaints. If you're looking for the best non-electric for the price, you've found it in my opinion. ... show more

  • It’s a great item to have.
Style: S102 Size: Round
Once having gotten use to having a bidet, it is uncomfortable to do without. This is my second bidet purchased for my second bathroom. I have purchased the echo cwash twice now that uses both cold and warm water. I did not self install but paid both times to have it done. Since I have quite a bit of water pressure. The plastic tubing included burst, but we solved the problem with quarter inch copper pipe with the first one and with the installation of the second one. They are durable, (the first one is 4 years old now), were a blessing during the pandemic and toilet paper shortage, and hard to live without once you are use to having it. I use a stack of wash cloth on the back of the commode for drying off and simply wash them after use. They’re great for hemorrhoid sufferers, the elderly or physically handicapped, or anyone who wants to feel cleaner and see fewer trees felled for toilet paper. These are a great alternative to other costly bidets and I do not regret it and I don’t believe you will either. NOTE: For warm water, I turn hot water on at the sink till it warms up and then turn warm water on the bidet. It only takes a few second to warm up and I haven’t overfilled the commode waiting for warm water. ... show more
