Dear Bros at Brocraft, please pay a little more attention to your QC. The rod holders are awesome but 3 out of 4 of the rail hardware inserts were too thick by .010” and I had to grind them down to make them fit. They fit now so no need to send more hardware but if I didn’t have a grinder I’d have been SOL. ... show more

Bought two of these rod holders for my Crestliner, one of which the hardware fit exactly the way it should have and the other looks completely different and will not fit without modification. The Mount works very well. I think the bolt that goes into the track could be a little thinner to slide in better, but it works fine. Caught fish with them not that the mount caught them, but they kept my pole secure.

The bolts that hold the rod holder in the track system on my crestliner boat would not go in and turn to stay in track. I had to grind the bevel on each bolt a little bit to fit.

    • Not worth the cost

These did not fit the rails on my Crestliner 179. I had to use a grinder to remove metal from the mounting brackets to make them fit. Also, some parts of the plastic mold looked like they were done in someone’s basement.
