I have had my hip circle band for over a year and it has not stretched out! Nothing shows wear, except for a little sweat! Glad I went with Hope! What's great is, if you don't know many exercises-go to YouTube and look for Hope Fitness Gear videos! My husband is 210lbs and I'm 165lbs. The biggest band is perfect. I suggest using their size guide. The grippy (black) strips work awesome on bare skin or over leggings. The price is very competitive compared to other brands.
