The product was okay, unfortunately the metal levers that enter into the metal box on the sealing broke during the installation. they are very fragile. I am buying another one to be able to finish the job I started.

Let me give you a hint that will keep you from breaking the tab that hold the clip on to the grill, you know the one, it's the reason you need another grill. Take a piece of tape and tape around the clip so that it holds it closed a bit as shown, that way the clip will be easier to get in and you won't break the tab while you are trying to force the spring into the holes in the fan assembly, like I did... Don't close it up all the way or it wont stay in but you will find it is a lot easier to get in. ... show more
