Unless you use the drain hose the water capacity is smaller than most' although the unit is small, quiet and easily movable. However, like I said if you do not use the drain hose that comes with it you will be emptying the pan every couple of hours. Other than that one issue, it works great.

Another plus is that it doesn’t put out a bunch of hot air like some people have said, and it’s pretty quiet. I should have bought bigger one! I live in SC and humidity this year is intense! I recently moved and have sensors all over the rooms. I never had issues with humidity before, at least not knowingly and definitely not in my last place which was just 10 min car drive away. When I noticed humidity levels rising to 60% and above, I got concerned and looked into buying a dehumidifier. I had bought a 600 sqft dehumidifier first but was not satisfied with the results. Granted my place is larger but I would have expected that it should work in a closed bedroom at least. I was not happy with the results and decided I needed a larger instrument. I decided for this 30 pint version. I just plugged it in and hit the power button, it's very straight forward to use. I was amazed about the results, With every hour I could see the results. After a couple of hours running time, I found 1-1.5L water in the tank. The smaller dehumidifier never had more than 1 inch water in the tank when running the same amount of time. The efficiency of this Britsou dehumidifer is amazing in comparison. I probably could get by with a single instrument and move it around my place as needed for every few hours. It's very portable, not too heavy and I like the rollers. What is not so great is the water tank. It's U shaped and difficult to handle, it already had slipped out of my hand slightly and water spilled on the floor. You'd definitely want to avoid that. But everything else is top notch. I like the humidity level indicator on the instrument and it seems easy to operate. I just ordered a second one.

Worked fine for 1 summer. 2nd year it runs but doesn't dehumidify at all. No moisture coming out of hose, 1st year the hose had constant moisture dripping into floor drain, now nothing.. Yes hose is clear also. I emailed Britsou and they replied the same day and said the 2 year warranty would apply (stopped working after 18 months). I am impressed with their customers service so far. We'll see if they replace under warranty or not. They said the website to file a claim online was down but that I would be covered when I bought it??

I originally bought a dehumidifier with an internal pump but it burned out after 6 months. I love this dehumidifier, it’s quiet and big enough for the living room, where it has worked perfectly. The great feature is the wheel which is I can push everywhere in the house. It comes with a timer and speed. The humidity sensor is pretty accurate because I compared it several times with the humidity that I read from Nest Thermostat App. It works perfectly with the pump, and the water gets pumped through the tube and out the window. Additionally, it’s attractive, quiet, and compact. We have humidifiers in every single room but This one is great for the living room. You won’t regret purchasing this product. It’s an awesome machine that REALLY works, I am really pleased with this product and highly recommend it.

Sucks up moisture in the air great. Only downside is the compartment is smaller then I would have liked. You have to dump frequently depending on the humidity setting you chose. Easy to use.

Recent storms caused flooding, and some water entered my home. I was looking for a dehumidifier to dry out the house to prevent mold and mildew. After doing some research online, I decided on this model. It arrived the next day. I took it out of the box and plugged it in. It immediately began drawing water out of the air. I could tell because the drip tray began to fill. After several hours I noticed that it had stopped running. When I checked, the drip tray was full. I poured almost a gallon of water out and it immediately began running again. I had to empty the tray several times a day. I then decided to put the dehumidifier on the counter connect the hose and let it drain directly into the sink. It’s been running ever since. After about a week, I decided to turn the fan down to low. It seems to work just as well, and it’s even quieter. It is much more comfortable now, and I decided to keep running it even though the house is now dry. Overall it does what it says, t’s quiet and compact.
