This convertible car seat accommodates up to 50 lbs when installed rear-facing, allowing your child to ride rear-facing longer. It easily switches to a forward-facing car seat as your child grows, accommodating up to 65 lbs. ClickTight technology provides fully open seat belt paths that are clearly labeled and easy to access, and the automatic tensioner takes care of the tightening. The baby car seat lets you easily adjust the 14-position no-rethread harness and headrest to help create the perfect fit, and the removable infant insert provides extra comfort on the go. The car seat features 17-inch SpaceSaver technology designed to fit 3-across without compromising on Britax safety and premium comfort. The car seat boasts a patented SafeCell® crumple zone and V-shaped top tether to help manage crash energy. Carbon steel frame and belt paths provide strength and stability. Very happy, bought this for my grandson to grow into for years to come. Can't be the value, he can growth and have plenty of room. You can travel long distance and there is so much padding he's more then comfortable and I know he's really secure in this seat. After we got the seat so hooked in, I know this seat not going anywhere in an accident!!! It's so sturdy, secure, soft, well made, I couldn't be happier. I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect car seat and settled on this. I could not be happier with this seat. It was a little more than I wanted to spend, but definitely a good value for the money. The seat is very well made, very safe and very easy to install. The entire cover can be machine washed AND dried which is huge. It also seems super comfy and well padded. My baby seems much more comfortable in this than in the infant carrier. I don’t normally write reviews but omg I had to do it for this. When I started researching car seats i originally went with the Graco 4ever dlx and my baby absolutely hated it! She normally is fine in her infant car seat but with that one in particular she screamed every time. So I did tons of research and finally landed on the Beitax Poplar S and it is AMAZING. Firstly, it is insanely easy to install. Second, it is great quality and extremely cushioned for comfort. My baby is so calm in it (more so than she is in her infant seat)and falls asleep almost instantly. I really appreciate having the anti rebound bar as well. You can rear face for up to 50lbs which is about 10lbs more than most other car seats. Also, it fits perfectly into my Jeep renegade. The only thing that is possibly a downside is that it is heavy from the steel frame but even if you were to switch it between cars, it’s so easy to install that it pretty much makes up for the con of the weight. I’ll forever buy this brand of car seats for all my future kids. Hope this helps! ... show more

Our 12 month old loves his new car seat. We transitioned to this car seat after using the Clek liing infant car seat, which we also really liked. We researched the current options throughly and settled on this one because of crash test performance, the fact that no flame retardants are used, and the slim design. There was no smell to the materials on unboxing and it was very easy to install. The seat fits in our sedan well and our son looks very comfortable when sitting in it. I also like the peace of mind with the anti rebound bar. I am very happy with this purchase and I feel that it is an excellent value considering the quality of the materials and the features of this car seat for the price point. We love britax! This was the best choice for our toddler. We are a sports family who is always on the road. And we travel 12+ hrs to a destination. Its built with all steel framing that is what we were looking for and this is what we got. It is super easy to install and adjust. The safety is the best when it comes to britax. Functionality is great. It looks and feels nice. My baby is a sweater and there are no stains we've had this for 5 months. Cleaning is simple or a simple youtube short. Best bang for your buck. The seat is great. We like the fact that the straps on the back are not movable, makes it easy to put the toddler in. The price could be a bit cheaper honestly. Its easy to clean with a handheld vacuum and a damp cloth. The material seems to be of decent quality. Installing car seats is probably the worst part of parenting small children. And if you do it wrong (which you will, unless you have a professional install it), it’s a serious safety risk! Britax click to connect is *almost* easy to install. Takes me under 5 minutes now, compared to at least 15-30 with my Chicco keyfit infant seat latch connectors. This is my second Britax because of the installation ease and the Safe Wash fabrics that are free of PFAS and flame retardants. My first Britax is the One4Life, and the straps are annoyingly short and hard to tighten or loosen. The Poplar won’t last as long as the One4Life because it doesn’t have a booster option, but that’s fine. It’s less expensive, and the strap is longer and easy to adjust. It gets great safety ratings with the anti-rebound bar, which is important to me. But seriously, the Britax Click2Connect installation is worth almost any drawback. Now that I’m used to it, I can’t go back to wrestling with LATCH or getting the seatbelts tight enough. ... show more
