We haven't had this carseat very long, just installed this weekend. So far, Britax is a brand we have trusted. This thing is a tank, just like our previous Boulevard. I can't say a lot yes but I will update this after we have had it a while. I want to give some tips though with this seat. I find the instruction manual to be pretty sub par. A few things: loosening the straps. The manual has an arrow pointing to some ambigious area near the armrest to loosen the straps. There is actually a little square piece of material, on the seat area directly in front of the bottom buckle. It has a little slit in it. Stick your finger into that slit and push down. Underneath is a metal button. When you push down, pull the straps to loosen them. Maybe it's just me, but I was sitting alone in the car trying to figure this out and some swear words were emerging from my mouth before I figured this out. Also, tightening the straps. I was having major issues here too. Whenever I put him in his seat, I'd be pulling my back out trying to tighten him in and I couldn't get it tight enough. OK. I heard a helpful trick for this that works! Put your kid in the seat and do not buckle them up at all first. Instead, tighten the straps and eyeball it, and check, before buckling. This allows you to easily make the adjustment. Then buckle them all up and then you can tighten or loosen a little here and there as needed. Much easier! Finally, when you take them out of the seat, putting the straps over the armrests really helps keep them from getting all twisted. I really like the armrests, cup holders, and snack trays. So does my son. It also seems very comfortable. I appreciate how long the straps on the 5 point harness are. My son wasn't fitting into his staps anymore in the 5 point harness of his Boulveard convertible. He is 4 and I plan to keep him in the straps as long as possible. After researching I have found that using the seat belt as opposed to the 5 point harness prematurely can be a huge added risk to children, allowing them to slip easily out of the seatbelt in the event of a crash. But of course every parent has to make the decision that is right for their family, this is just my advice to anyone buying this seat. ... show more

We have 4 of these. Very sturdy and heavy duty compared to other backed boosters I’ve seen. Easy to install. They are expensive, but in my opinion you should stretch if you need to for kids safety. Number one important safety feature you can spend money on for a kid.

I am excited to use this seat for years to come. Right now I am using it with 5-point harness, but my 6-year-old is already dreaming about the time she can start using it as a booster only. It is a little difficult to pull the belt to secure the child, and I wonder if it was an installation issue. Otherwise, it is great, has a good safety rating, and is comfy for my child. ... show more

Great looking car seat. We never got to use it though as we noticed the scratched cupholders. Coincidently, if you look closely at the pictures they are the same cup holders (or even the same seat) as reported by another reviewer here on Nov 8th. Stranger yet is that the date of manufacture is Dec 22, and after those Nov 8th pictures were posted. Too many questions to keep this one so we'll try to order another. Looks great, and we absolutely LOVE our other Britax One4Life seat. My only hesitation on re-ordering asap that this one is big and heavy and will probably leave some marks on your leather seats over time. It also looks like like the click tight feature crimps the seatbelt a bit likely leaving a permanent wrinkle in the belt. Point being, if you've got a nice new car and want to keep it looking that way, this may not be the car seat for you. Britax customer care was amazing, and said this could have been caused during manufacturing and even offered to refund or replace if Amazon was not able to. ... show more

Love the Britax click tight. This is my third carseat and would recommend to anyone. The size/shape may make airline travel difficult but these carseats are so easy to move and install between cars. The click tight feels the most secure in my experiences.

This booster seat is fantastic. I have a VW Atlas with Captain chairs in the middle and two seats in the 3rd row. With three kids in car seats I needed our 5 year old to transition to a booster to be able to have more leg room for himself in row 3. After trying 4 different booster seats I spent a bit more and got the click tight (same brand all of our car seats are) and it worked perfectly. The third row of the Atlas has bucket seats so many boosters didn’t fit securely. The britax one is in there so tight. The steel frame will keep my eldest safe. 5 Stars. ... show more

My 5 year old was looking huge in the Britax Marathon, but I want to keep them in a harness until they reach the 49" height limit. This was the perfect seat for giving them more space but allowing us to keep them in a harness until the last second.
