These are genuine Brita filters! They work great, no issues. For people saying water is leaking around them, you need to insert them correctly, aka, user error haha. For people saying there is black stuff in their water, you need to rinse a new filter, just follow the directions! That's the carbon, that is breaking through the particle filter, it will clear up after a cycle or two. The carbon is harmless, might even be good for you, don't worry about it, Granulated Activated Carbon (GAC) pieces that have escaped the filter. Will order again! ... show more

The three filters for the Brita pitcher will last almost a year if you replace them every 3 months as suggested. The pitcher is quite large but does fit in the refrigerator but it takes up a lot of space. It beats having to drink the water from your kitchen tap and it eliminates all the bad chemicals. The water does taste better too! ... show more
