Purchased for home use. I ordered 5 gallon jugs and caps off of Amazon and also purchase a few filled Brio bottles from Walmart. I refill them at the Walmart water dispenser machine for $1.95 each. The machine works fine. FOLLOW the directions on setup. Can be a bit noisy when chill or heat mode comes on. The water is very hot and cold is very cold. There is another control for room temperature. It also has a catch for water spills right below the dispenser controls. Sports bottles and tall cups pr glasses will not fit, you have to hold them to fill. Standard size small bottles and 8 ounce cups and glasses will fit. You have to hold the control as you fill. The unit has an osmosis cleaning option which I do overnight once a week. It is very noisy which is why I use it when I am not around or overnight. Takes about an hour and a half. Only cons is there is no handle on the door to the water bottle compartment and my 32 oz neoprene water bottles won’t fit under to fill. ... show more

We were tired of buying water bottles and researched this purchase for two weeks before settling on this Brio water dispenser. We absolutely love it. The water temperature for all three is distinguishable and if I make a cup of hot tea, I can’t take a drink immediately so love that it’s not just “warm.” The part we don’t like (and had read about prior to purchase) is the noise. It isn’t so loud we are regretting our purchase but it isn’t quiet. Since we love the hot and cold water (which is why the noise level/cycle time is the way it is), we would give it an overall 4.5 stars. ... show more

Have had this for a few weeks now. My only complaint is that the low water light thats supposed to come on doesn't until your bottle is empty. Other then that it works perfect. The hot water is really hot, steam comes off of it. Cold water is really cold. The unit doesn't add or subtract to the flavor of water you put in. The unit is about as loud as a small fridge would be. The self cleaning feature is loud, just do it at night out of ear shot range. It last for like 90 min. but I only use it once a week.
