I am absolutely thrilled with my new water cooler! Friends of mine have always had one in their home but I never needed one until now because we've had filtered water directly from our refrigerator at home. I decided to get this one for our Florida vacation property because the water there definitely doesn't taste the same as the water at home so we were constantly buying cases of bottled water that took up half of our refrigerator. This cooler solves the water issue while freeing up space in the refrigerator for other items. As an added bonus, it offers instant hot water which everyone in my household uses at least once a day. I love the fact that I can turn the hot water feature off when we're away, so that we don't have to heat water when we're not there. I used to switch out the water cooler bottles when I worked in an office so I don't find the top loading bottles to be intimidating and have never had a problem with splashing water out in the loading process but I can understand how that might be an issue for anyone who can't lift 40+ pounds; personally I find that much easier than constantly having to lift cases of water into a shopping cart and store them at home, but if lifting is an issue for you, then this probably wouldn't be the best choice. It's not an issue for me so I love it!

Believe it or not, not all top-loading water coolers are the same size. This one is on the smaller end, which was exactly what I needed for my tightly packed exercise room. My only concern was cold water performance. The tank is polycarbonate—not stainless steel, which is generally preferred for its ability to cool more efficiently and hold cold temperatures for a longer period of time. That concern faded quickly. The cold temp is adjustable, and I turned mine all the way down. After a full cooling cycle, I measured the water at 44.2°F—plenty cold for me. That said, it took a while to get there. The compressor seemed to work overtime to reach that low temp, and the bright blue indicator light stayed on longer than expected. I may dial the temp slightly warmer to reduce wear and tear. I'm giving the cooler 5 stars for value in its category (budget), but when comparing options, it’s important to note that this cooler isn’t equal to other models that offer features like self-cleaning, stainless steel tanks, and possibly even colder drinking temps. Still, for compact design and adjustable cold performance, this model shines.

This is so handy to have at the office or at home. Right now I have taken this to my office. set up was easy coming out of the packaging very easy. You can turn off the hot button and save energy and save hot water. I love the immediate nature of hot water Making coffee or tea in the afternoon is great! Staying hydrated is definitely important!

From my point of view, this water dispenser provides cold water in less than 5 minutes when first starting. In addition, hot side provides boiling water faster than my previous brand. The whole unit design is very well, so I can fit my coffee mug which is tall under the dispenser. There is one thing I don't like is the top side because all new water dispenser have a pump and you just need stick the 6 gallon water under, so you don't have to raise it up there and splash water everywhere.

I've never had a water cooler before but my kids are the most picky when it comes to their water. This actually ended up being a treat with the hot water feature. It does have a safety as well so there aren't any accidents. There is a switch on the back of the machine to turn the hot water off entirely to avoid it altogether if necessary.

This water cooler is the perfect size for a smaller kitchen and it does not take up a lot of space. Easy to load and set up. The cold water comes out at a cool temperature and the hot water has a safety switch which prevents accidental pours. Makes no noise.

The Brio water cooler is easy to set up, quiet, and gives cold water fast and hot water almost instantly. I use it at my home office and it saves me from buying bottled water all the time. The top-loading bottles are easy for my husband to handle, and I love that the hot water has a safety lock and can be turned off when we’re away. The media could not be loaded. This water dispenser makes my life 100% easier. It helps me save money, time and effort of bringing water up and down my stairs. The unit is very easy to operate. It’s lightweight. It’s easy to set up and it’s easy to clean. It doesn’t take up much space and it’s super quiet. It cools and heat water quickly and the hot water have safety features to reduce accidents. I’m amazed at the quality. The style of the machine looks great. 10/10 recommended. Great price because it actually pays for itself.
