I bought this cooler for my apartment and absolutely love it! I bought the black one and it looks nice. It has a button to adjust the temperature but I haven’t needed to. It’s cold enough for me, plus I didn’t want the compressor turning on all the time. I go and just buy my 5 gallon jugs at Walmart. That has worked out perfectly for just me. I love it has hot and cold water too! So glad I bought it!

Best purchase ever. Well worth the money. I have only used the cold water setting, as it is currently spring/summer when I purchased this. (We have not turned the hot water on, so not sure how well that works yet. Plan to try this winter.) The water cooler is a little noisy, but no too bad. If you had a mini fridge it is about as loud as that... And only when actively cooling the water. It keeps the water very cold and refreshing. I love that it is easy for my kiddo to get their own water now, with little help from adults. if you are thinking about getting this water cooler, I would suggest getting it. It is so worth it and the benefits of having cold drinking water is wonderful.

This water dispenser requires no-spill caps. I refill my own gallon containers at home, so I needed to buy refillable no-spill caps in order to use this dispenser. It’s almost impossible not to spill water everywhere when inserting the gallon into the dispenser without those caps. (Unless you order water delivery that already comes with the caps) It's not a big issue, but it's definitely worth considering. Other than that, the water dispenser works great, especially for the price.

Easy to use. I use it at home. This replaced an old cooler that did not have the no-spill spike, so bottle installation is a breeze now that I don’t have to take the whole cap off. Cold temp is not ice cold, but suitable, and hot temp is hot enough for tea.

Easy setup. Cold water is not really cold, but it is cool. It works in our trailer where we have to buy our drinking water. I like that you can use 5 gallon or 3 gallon bottles. It is simple and straightforward to use. There’s a drip tray. But there is no leaking or dripping at all after dispensing water. There is no noise after setup. I am glad that we bought it.

Easy to use, no setup, reasonable price. This is our third unit from this brand, the first one we moved and gave ours to relatives, the second one failed after a few years possibly due to rough treatment of the hot water spout by some house guests when we were out of town. So we don't holds that against Brio :) Advice: The second one was a bottom loader which I thought would be easier for me, since one doesn't have to lift and upturn the bottles, but I actually found it harder because you have to maneuver the bottle into the space with the dispensing tube inside, so we went back to the top loader. We have also purchased a tray for it to sit in, in case of leaks.

I am extremely disappointed with this water dispenser. The product description explicitly claims a '10.5-inch dispense height,' which was the main reason I bought it. However, as my photos show, the actual clearance is less than 9 inches. My cup cannot stand upright under the nozzle to fill; I have to hold it at an angle and bend down, which is very inconvenient. Aside from the false advertising, the machine has other major flaws. The hot water takes a long time to heat up. Even worse, the design is incredibly stupid—the power switches are located at the very bottom on the back of the unit. To turn the machine off when I leave the house, I have to physically rotate the entire dispenser 180 degrees just to reach the switch. This is a poorly designed product with misleading specs. Do not buy if you need to fill tall cups or want a user-friendly machine.
