Only half the string of lights lite up. I was so excited to finally hang them up and every-other row is dead. Frustrating because I hunted for the right set from a seller with great feedback... I'm going to try contacting the seller to replace them. It's such a hassle I don't want to deal with it.

Overall, very attractive lights - they look lovely on, although they let off a warm yellow light, not "warm white" like the description indicates. I actually prefer their warm yellow tone over white - it's cozier. I was also happy to discover that the cord is a fairly clear plastic, not opaque white or frost. I was worried how they'd look strung on the wall when turned off - the clear-ish cord saves them from being an eyesore when not shining. Decently long length on the power cord too -- made it easy to position them where I wanted without needing an extension cord. However, they have one major flaw which made me rate these 4 stars instead of 5 stars: the positioning and appearance of the little black controller box. It's attached to the top support strand of the lights by a very short cord, so there's no way to position it that's not unsightly. It's a very conspicuous black box, dangling just a little higher than mid-wall, and can't be detached without breaking the strand's wiring. Totally baffled why they didn't realize most people wouldn't want a black box hanging out on the wall and gave it such a short cord -- it needs more length so it can reach the floor and be hidden. Also, you have to cycle through all the motion settings to reach "Always On"... an annoyance but not a big deal. I'm hoping it's possible to by an extension strand to get that box into a better position.

This is not a “curtain”, it’s just strings of lights. All the photos clearly show a curtain with lights attached, so I was expecting to receive a sheer white curtain with embedded lights. That was not the case.

The media could not be loaded. I use this for my curtain headboard. I have a grey and silver theme. One down fall is that changing volume on my fire tv cube with the remote sometimes changes the light settings. I guess the IR signal. The remote works well. Looks great. Sorry working the camera and video was shaky but you can see the settings.

I ordered these on a recommendation from a friend and initially I loved it. 8 light settings, 4 brightness settings, remote control is ok (you really have to aim it at the control box). My first night with them, however, I noticed that after I turned the lights off, the LEDs still emitted a faint glow that never dissipated until I finally pulled the plug out of the outlet. To me, this means not only are the lights constantly drawing electricity but they can't be fully turned off with the remote.
