Purchased to add some ambient lighting in my driveway. 2 out of the 4 would not hold a charge for more than a few hrs even after sitting in direct sunlight for a couple days. Contacted the company and after verifying the purchase and installation via a few pictures from my end, I was sent replacements immediately. What’s important here is that the company stands behind their product and makes it right for the customer. As for the lights they look to be well made and the various color functions are nice. No cords or conduits to mess with. Ultra easy install. Just ensure they’re facing south for maximum charging during the day and enjoy the lights once it gets dark.     • Looks great but creates minimal brightness
I purchased 8 of these to put on my backyard fence for security purposes. I have a small yard and I spaced them out 20 posts apart. They look very nice and upscale at night but it doesn't light up much more then the individual fence post that it's on. It doesn't light up my backyard by any means, it just kind of points down to the ground and covers about a foot width. I decided to keep them just for the ambience it provides but I will be purchasing some battery operated motion detecting lights for security since these aren't too great for that. I gave it 4 stars because they are very easy to install and they look great but I couldn't give it 5 stars since they don't provide much lighting ... show more

    • These lights have two brightness/ color options that last most of the night, or until early dawn.
We use these solar powered lights on our fence post posts and vehicle gates. So far, we've ordered and installed two orders of four and intend to order more for two more gates. We selected these after a competitor's product failed to last much past midnight. We were pleased to find two brightness settings. The brighter white setting lasts almost till dawn (3:00 -4:00 am). The dimmer, more natural light setting lasts until dawn- 5:00 - 5:45 AM. We love the looks and easy, quick installation. ... show more

I ordered 4 sets of these (16 total lights). The first set of 4 lights still works great but the last 3 sets I bought went out after 2 months. I’ve tried letting them sit out in the sun all day long for several days to let them charge up all the way, but the light comes on for 1 second and goes out. I would like replacement sets please. ... show more

Hello, I am writing this email as I am compelled to share my experience. I bought four of these lights and the report is as follows: Brightness: For their size and the solar panel size they are bright enough. Do not expect a long throw but flood beam. Easy of installation: Very easy, hang them on nail/screw of leave them as they are with double sided tape. Durability: They seem to be durable as initially the leaf blower blew one off the fence and it survived Performance/batter life: Out of the four two started to act up after 5 days and now they do not last more than 3 hrs even when placed under sunlight *IN CALIFORNIA; The third one lasted 3 weeks and it started to act up the same. Only one out of four lasts more than 5 hrs or so. Because they only lasted one week (relative to original performance) I only give it 3 stars. Chicom quality at the end sold by AMAZON. I am thinking of returning the two poorest performing ones as to get replacement. ... show more

I got these as a replacement to another set I purchased off of facebook that ran their course. These lights were cheaper, brighter and stay lit so much longer. The solar panel is large and the area it lights up is also impressive.

That's how impressed I am with these, i can change colors so easily, they are super bright and make my landscaping very professional looking. The secret is repetition, I installed 8 of these at perfect level with each other about 3-4' off the ground of a harsh white plastic fence.
