Great kit. Shipping is kind of expensive on starter kits for your next batch, but everything you need is in here, and it's easy to use, instructions are good. I did end up waiting a lot longer for it to carb than it said, but my beer turned out great!

The BrewDemon Craft Beer Brewing Kit is amazing. I made two gallons of Pilsner beer in two weeks that tasted better than beer I buy at my local grocery store. The no rinse sanitizer makes beer making easy and eliminates the risk of killing the beer yeast I have had with other products. Compared to the Mr. Beer kit I have used in the past, this kit only has four simple steps to make great beer. The product support is great too. I needed a replacement part and received it within 48-hours. In summary, the BrewDemon Craft Beer making kit takes the risk out of making great tasting home beer and would be a great gift for anyone considering making their own home brew.

I bought the BrewDemon kit, brewed one full 2-gallon batch, and I have to say — it works exactly as advertised. The fermenting vessel is solid plastic, sits securely in its stand, and mine didn’t leak at all. The kit is very straightforward. It comes with everything you need for your first batch, including the beer mix and yeast. You cook the mix on the stovetop, pour it into the fermenter with water and yeast, and let it sit. A couple of weeks later, you’ve got beer ready to bottle. The batch I made actually turned out pretty darn good. Bottling was easier than I expected. The included hose with the on/off tap makes it mostly spill-free, which is nice when you’re working with sticky, sugary liquid. Carbonation is handled by adding a measured amount of sugar directly into each bottle before filling — simple and effective. Now for the practical side. The kit includes eight large amber plastic bottles. They are big. One bottle is easily enough for two people. Personally, I would have preferred standard 12 oz bottles because once you open one of these larger bottles, you pretty much need to finish it or it’ll lose carbonation. The other thing to consider is the ongoing expense. The bottle caps are single use, so you’ll need new ones every batch. The refill mixes also aren’t cheap. If you’re planning to brew regularly, that’s fine — but if you’re an occasional brewer, you may find yourself comparing the cost and effort to just picking up a case at the store. In the end, this is a quality, beginner-friendly brewing kit that works exactly as intended and produces surprisingly good tasting beer. Everything is thoughtfully included, and the process is straightforward even for someone new to homebrewing. For me personally, I realized that brewing beer isn’t something I’m ready to fully commit to long-term. Between the time investment and ongoing supply costs, it makes more sense for my lifestyle to buy beer rather than make it. That said, if you’re genuinely interested in homebrewing and plan to stick with it, this is a solid kit to start with — which is why I’m giving it four stars.

The media could not be loaded. I like this for beer brewing. It really does make the beer but I like the system and not the beer bundles because you can get more batches out of just buying the things that makes the beer instead of trying to buy the batches are sets online. So buy your own barley by your own hops so you don't have to pay all the money for the packages that we trying to sell with these units. But the unit is awesome

The kit was easy to put together and make sure to follow the brewing instructions as close as possible. Also, make sure to tighten the pour nozzle attachment well or it will leak. If everything goes right, the beer is delicious!

This was really easy to do and the beer was far better than I thought. I let some of it sit in the fridge for a couple weeks longer and oh my goodness the flavor was really full and amazing. I fully enjoyed the making of this beer. It was easy and fun. I am planning on brewing more. Great product.

Showed a light pilsner. It was brown. Funky taste. Tried a deep red ale. Also came out brown in color and had the exact same funky taste as the pils. My advice, skip straight over this and go to all grain brewing. Extract brewing stinks. Pros: The fermenter is nice. My wife will use it to bottle wine. Otherwise, it's not a tasty beer in either of the recipes I tried...
