I was skeptical based on some of the reviews; I am glad that I did not listen to them. I am 5'11", 180lbs, and I fit comfortably on this table. The main complaint that I had read was the padding, I have been to very expensive massage therapists that did not have a table this comfortable. The very first time I was on it, I almost fell asleep. The difference in the quality of massage that this helps achieve is worth every penny. Before this, I would have to lay on the sofa, or floor; or either sit in front of hunched over on a short stool. This table does fold up compactly, with all the accessories securely inside. We tuck it in a corner behind a recliner. When getting on the table, it is very stable with practically no movement. It looks like it should be unstable but it isn't. We use it it for personal, in home use; about 2-3 times per week. It works very well for us. I am very glad that I made this purchase.

Super secure and stable even for my husband who is 6’1” and 275lbs. I love the easy of folding it up and putting it away. Takes about 5-10 seconds at most. I’m also impressed that each piece stores within the table itself once closed to make it all in one. I am very happy with this purchase and the price is an added bonus on top!!!

I got this table for my exercise room to do stretches on. I recently had some back issues that found me having to go to PT. This table is similar but not exactly like what they use. It had just the right amount of padding. Not to squishy but is comfortable.
