The only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the padding on the heel wore out pretty quickly- other than that, the most hands down comfortable shoes I've ever worn.

At eight decades into life, it ain't easy to bend down to pull on footwear or tie laces. If you find accommodating shoes they are uncomfortable and make you look like you're 80 years old. These Skechers are comfortable and stylish with a nice springy heel cushion. I can step right into them and they don't slip off until I intentionally step out of them. Now if the Skecher people would just make sox I can step into . . .

They are a little tighter than I was expecting for the same size as I normally wear, but that will stretch out overtime, but they’re easy to slip on and off. They stay on all day. I don’t have any issues with them and it’s so nice that I don’t ruin the back of the heal. I did just started using them so we’ll see.

I like these shoes. They are easy to put on and they provide good support and protection for my feet. It still feels a little bit weird to not even have fake shoe laces but, oh well. I am using them with flat pedals on a cross-country bicycle trip. The soles are grippy enough even though the pedals have nubs instead of those wicked little spikes. Good tread design. They are breathable enough that my feet don't sweat. I like that the fabric doesn't come all the way to the soles because that keeps my feet from getting wet when walking through wet grass in the morning. The shoes are the right balance of stiffness and suppleness for both walking and cycling. I definitely recommend these.

I bought these shoes because I wanted something I could easily remove and put on. I’ve had loafers but never anything like sneakers which are more of an active wear shoe. When I first tried them on, I felt that my feet might slip around inside but nope, my heels were held in firmly. I first used them to walk my daughter’s dog and, surprise, they were comfortable and supported my feet. This is what surprised me the most - just how well my feet were supported without having to lace up the shoes. A week later I was on a tour of Mt. Rushmore, towns in Montana, Yellowstone, and ending in Salt Lake City (thank you Gate One). I did a lot of walking in the new shoes and not only did they fit well, I had no problems with blisters or chafing. I can totally recommend these.
