I ordered the first one and it arrived damaged. It didn't have any protective cardboard or wrap of any kind in the box. Returned it and ordered/received another one. Guess what? Damaged. Returned and order one more just to see if the the third time was the charm. Nope, this one arrived damaged and did not appear to be brand new either. I called and talked to Breeo CS and they apologized profusely saying that when ordered from Breeo, they ship them individually on a pallet, which is likely why the ones I ordered from Amazon arrived damaged each time. To my delight, they took the damaged one that I ordered from Amazon and exchanged it for a brand new one, shipped on a pallet. That one arrived in perfect condition. Not only that but I got a follow up call from Breeo CS asking if everything went okay. I am super happy with Breeo and the firepit. One thing I will say, the firepit is not smokeless. Less smoke, maybe, but not smokeless. So, please don't go into it thinking you can burn wood and won't smell any smoke or you will be severely let down.

Buy it - You won’t regret it. This fire pit is top quality. It is not lightweight (it’s a two person lift) and it’s not going to blow around your backyard or fall apart. It’s an investment that is worth making. There are so many parts that can be added-on (like the pizza oven that is on our list!) I got the X30 firepit with the heat deflector. I seriously thought I needed my head checked if I were spending this kind of money on a firepit, but I was just obsessed. To be honest, not a dime was wasted. Instead of sitting inside and doom scrolling the internet, we sit outside at night and listen to music. My husband and I literally do this for hours. This firepit isn’t a product - it’s a lifestyle choice. (And our lifestyle just got a lot more outdoorsy in the evenings.) I can’t tell you how many fire pits that I’ve had before now that were disappointing. I have built brick fit pits with kits and purchased cheaper versions of a smokeless firepit. They did not last long and they never made us want to go outside just to enjoy them. The Breeo does. It was worth saving for this.

I’ll be honest, I waffled for a while before deciding to buy this 30" smokeless firepit. The price was no small thing, and I kept going back and forth on whether it was really worth the investment. But after talking to people and getting a lot of feedback on what they liked or didn’t like about bonfires, the one thing that kept coming up over and over was the smoke. People love the fire but hate the smell that lingers for days. That’s when I decided to pull the trigger and give this smokeless firepit a shot. I have to say, this thing is really well-built and durable. It feels like something that’s going to last for years, which definitely helps justify the price a bit. And yes, it does exactly what it claims—this firepit actually keeps the smoke to a minimum. I tested it out, and the flame was great, it gave off plenty of heat, and I wasn’t constantly dodging clouds of smoke, which was a relief. It was exactly what I was hoping for. One thing that surprised me was the company’s customer support. I had a couple of questions before I bought it, and their responses were really quick—like sub-12 hours quick. It made the whole process feel a lot more reassuring. All in all, I’m sold. This firepit has totally delivered on its promises, and I’m glad I finally made the decision. I’d definitely recommend it to others—no more smelling like smoke for days after a bonfire!

We've had only 1 fire in our Breeo so far. It is very high quality. We were concerned that the ratio of the height of the Breeo relative to its width would not allow enough oxygen to limit smoke enough. So, we equipped our Breeo with a 24" diameter "Onlyfire" round fire pit grate with 4 legs that fit around the Breeo channel-grates attached to the floor of the fire pit.. The grate was to further improve the airflow around the fire and further reduce the smoke.But, we were surprised at the lack of smoke. FInally, we drilled 3/8" holes through the bottom of the Breeo to allow any rain water to drain through. Otherwise, this one gets 5 thumbs up.

Missing screws for attachments. Had to order an additional attachment to get pizza oven to fit together there was no mention of this. Exterior of unit has some kind of oil or something I’ve tried wiping off but no luck. I haven’t even gotten to use this yet as I’ve now had it for two weeks and either learn I need to order something else or when that something else comes it’s missing what’s needed to utilize said unit. Really disappointing when you spend this kind of money on a fire pit.
