The clock is easy to use and analog hands are easier to tell the time on a small clock. Would have liked the clock to be a little bigger but it will work fine. The alarm rings 5-10 minutes late so I have to take that into account.

This clock is completely quiet, has a nice simple design, sturdy, with an easy to read dial in the day, and a front button to press to light up the dial for 5 seconds to read in the dark.

Adequate for a low-priced travel alarm clock. However, there is a minor misalignment of the hash marks on face with the hour, minute, and second hands. It seems the face is rotated very slightly (a few degrees) clockwise. The second hand moves in discrete increments of one second, but never lands exactly on a hash mark. The hour hand aligns with a numeric marking when the minute hand is roughly six minutes after the hour. When the minute is at an even o'clock marking (zero degrees from perpendicular), it is not precisely centered at 12.

Looked at a lot of clocks but they were all loud. This one is quiet and the little light that you can turn on is a great alternative to glowing hands.

Telling time… like any clock

I always had a square alarm clock of about 2 1/4 inch side, but as the movement became unreliable, i went on a quest to find the same size. This is the ideal size for me because I need a clock that does't clutter the limited surface of my night table. I came across a clock a few years back that had the right size and a silent sweeping movement, but had a design flaw that bothered me every time I looked at it: the handles were too wide and too long for the dial, as if they put together components that were not destined to meet. I was casually browsing for an alternative last weekend and came across this little Braun clock. The dial is minimalistic and simply beautiful. The white handle for alarm setting very unobtrusive against the white dial, with the orange seconds hand subtly contrasting. What I especially like is that the seconds hand doesn't sweep, it ticks second after second as a traditional quart clock, yet it is virtually silent. Best of both words. Overall, it is a plastic clock but feels well-made and pleasant to the touch. Great purchase, and the perfect size - for travel or home!

The clock is dependable (owned 6 months). But it is very difficult to turn the time setting dial. Braun says not to turn the clock backwards, so in order to get the exact time setting I get the clock just past current time, pull the battery. reinsert as the hands show at the correct time. Will have to pull the battery for 1 hour at the end of DST, I can't even imagine turning this thing 23 hours ahead!!!!!!

As somebody in their 20s, this is one of the best purchases I've made in 2021, and have recommended it to several people, who have shared similar feedback. This little clock is perfect and is so dang reliable. After ~3 months of usage, the time is still spot-on accurate and haven't yet needed to change the single AA battery. I bring this everywhere I go, and it's incredibly reliable and simple to see if the alarm is on/off. It wakes you up well, and the alarm gets progressively louder after it goes off to ensure you're woken up. The little backlight is unobtrusive and great for checking the time in the middle of the night. The best part of this purchase is that it gets me away from waking up to my phone's alarm - through using this little clock, I no longer waste 30+ minutes in bed on my phone after waking up. I will buy this as gifts for everyone this year and suggest you do the same.
