I bought the Verve after a lot of research into office chairs. I tried out the X-Chair and the Steelcase Gesture, but at 3 x the price of a Branch chair it’s hard to justify. From the minute I opened the package, I knew I’d chosen well. The parts were perfectly packed and everything looked super sturdy. Assembly took just under 10 minutes with 2 people. The assembly instructions and parts were straightforward and easy to follow. No extra tools were required. I love how easy it is to adjust everything: seat depth, recline, height, arm rests, lumbar support… it’s super customizable and easy to do. The seat is well cushioned and comfortable and the back is supportive without being stiff. This is easily the best chair in this price range, and in my opinion a better chair than some of the $2000 big name chairs.

I did return it. I sit way to much and needed something with more support. It’s a great price; easy to assemble and perfect for any short person. Which I am. In the end I paid much more for a mid back/ head rest and more arm flexibility and padding. But this chair is a steal for a young person.

I was apprehensive about purchasing this chair, but now I am so glad I did! I have terrible pain from sciatica in my left hip and sitting can be excruciating at times. This chair did not miraculously take away my pain, but I can tolerate sitting in it and that is a miracle! The seat is such a great support and at the same time so soft. I just got it, so I can't speak to all of the features, but I am sure I will love them too. I did read one review that said it didn't lean back, but it in fact can lean back and you can set how far you want it to lean back.

I was surprised that I was actually able to order this. It is probably the best quality of chair that I have ever ordered/owned. I'm so glad that I ordered this and everything was so easy to assemble. Aside from just a few missing screws that I received, which I was able to buy at home depot, this chair is definitely much worth for its price and compared to some other ergonomic chairs which easily costs $1k+. I highly recommend you to buy this chair especially if you sit for long hours and you definitely won't regret it!

This has good reviews online. I wanted to love it, but unfortunately, sitting in the chair isn't a good match for my body. Not for my posture, SI lower back, neck, or legs. I'm medium weight, under 5'5". Pros: -Materials, well made, it's beautiful (I ordered the Mist) -Adjustable seat back -Height adjustments -Seat adjustments Cons: -Arm rests are a few inches too high at the lowest setting, and are too tight in without the ability to push them out/away. Removing them solved this. -The seat shape, like most office chairs these days, is contoured with a dip for the butt, and overall slopes down toward the back. Which seems to work for some people. For me, the dip and backward downward slope is hard on my lower back/ SI joint, it cuts off my circulation where it rises toward the front resulting in tingling feet and legs. I find I'm hunched forward. The foam is odd, soft but hard at the same time. I wonder if it's made with memory foam. I hate memory foam. If I sit on the front edge of the seat, with no arm rests, it's okay for a little while. The front edge of the seat I'm able to sit up straight. But sitting back in the chair, I ended up with SI back pain no matter how I adjusted it, and tingling legs. I really wanted to love it. Wish there were chairs with a good conventional foam that is not contoured, or sloped back, and neutral to fit anyone's backside. I think I need a flat seat with good cushioning if not a slightly forward slope. This is a really well made chair. On par with much more expensive chairs. I ordered the Mist and it's lovely. The seat adjusts low for people with short legs. The lumbar adjustment is nice. Lack of arm rest adjustment and the way the seat is contoured were the deal-breakers for me. Lots of people love it and find it supportive. Sadly, will have to return it.

I've put together a lot of office chairs, but this one has the highest price tag. Is it justified? I think partially yes and partially no. It definitely has heavier duty, better quality parts than most chairs, other than the wheels. Those just seem average. The seat cushion is really nice. The back is well-made with intricate detail. The chair looks fantastic. As far as features go, you can move the arms and seat up and down. The seat will also move forward or backward. The lumbar support can be adjusted. You can change the tilt resistance and lock the tilt in place. Those are all fairly normal adjustments with the exception of the seat moving forward and back. Possible downsides: There's no headrest. The lumbar support is there, but I've had better support in less expensive chairs. It's tall enough for most people, but it doesn't get especially tall. It's pretty standard for office chair height. Of course, the price is a downside in my eyes. It's a very nice, beautiful, well-made chair. I can definitely see why it would be priced higher than a lot of chairs on the market, but I have a hard time seeing why it should be this much higher.
