First, they look elegant. Second, I'm usually not comfortable on counter-height seats or bar stools, but this one is very supportive on the lower back, it curves out in the right places like those lumbar seat things, angle of bottom to back perfect, and even the foot rest is out far enough so it's actually restful. I'm going to move my computer to the breakfast bar in the kitchen-- it's that comfortable. Also, I personally am not well-padded, and was worried I'd feel the buttons poking. I don't at all, they're in far enough not to feel them. Like others, I put it together in less than 5 minutes.

Sturdy & beautiful, just what I was looking for color combo-wise for my soon to be remodeled kitchen. The back is plenty high to feel supported to sit for a while. The set up was extremely easy and the needed tool was provided. It took about 30 minutes to put together all 3 chairs. The small round plastic piece at the base feels cheap but looks okay so I didn’t opt to leave it out, though you could. I took photos at various heights. I am a short female 4’ 10” so my feet don’t quite reach the foot rest but I am sure my taller friends will appreciate the foot rests. One photo is of me & my 7 year old son who is 4’ 2”. Lowering the seat takes a decent amount of weight/pressure, but I’d rather that than it easily dropping down or dropping too far.

I actually like these more than I thought I would. They have gotten a few little stains on them, which were surprisingly easy to clean off with a damp cloth. Thinking about getting one more.

Bought a pair of these just over one year ago. They've hardly been used, more decorative that anything. One of the chairs clearly has a leak in the gas piston, as it will slowly rise to it's max height after a few days. Can't think of any fix for this and it's impossible to keep both chairs at the same height.

Pleasantly surprised... they look nice in the picture but I wasn’t sure how the chrome was going to look in person as well as what the color was going to be. They are light in weight, which is great for concerns of scratching hardwood floors, but because of the lightweight they also can rock easily from side to side. I still feel that they are sturdy enough but just be aware of kids sitting in these. The color is more teal blue vs a true blue. Overall, I love the look of these chairs.
