On a positive note, these stools are attractive, modern and swivel around nicely. They don't take up a lot of room and they all glide up and down perfectly with no issues. However, the back is rather low and doesn't give much support after sitting in them after a few hours. My biggest disappointments are that the seats are also becoming rather flat, considering we have only had them for less than 4 months. Also, the material is rather flimsy as the corner of two of the stools are starting to fray. I purchased two sets and already switched to the newer chairs as they haven't been used as of yet. This is very unusual as it is just me and my husband, no pets/children and they are not in a high traffic area (breakfast nook). Thus, the quality of the material used could have been much better as they are sewn quite nicely and better quality foam would also make a huge impact. We are also small frame and don't weight more than 150 pounds each so I don't think these stool wold work for everyone. ... show more

I'd been keeping an eye out for these exact bar stools for months since I'd seen them out of stock on Wayfair. I finally found them on Amazon for an even better price. The seats are GREAT quality, comfortable, and durable, especially for the price. It's super hard to find a pair of bar stools that are decent quality for under $150 anywhere else. The only thing about them that appears of lesser quality is the base of the chair. The base looks like it's chrome, but it's really plastic, so the chairs can be a little top heavy if you don't sit down carefully enough. We are in lockdown in VA due to COVID 19 so it is important that we have online shopping since we just moved about a month ago. The barstools were received just as advertised and were good quality and easy to assemble. I did not know this but the package was delivered to my neighbor by mistake but the vendor called me and arranged for FEDEX to redeliver to my home. The stools are beautiful, comfortable and easy to assemble. Unfortunately, the other day I noticed two small tears/rips in the faux leather fabric on one of the two stools (ironically, the one that I don't really use as much). I was sooo upset about it because it is JUST beyond my date to be able to return them! I have no idea how the rips got there other than perhaps the stool was damaged during shipping and it was so small that I didn't notice it upon inspection. I've probably sat in the stool three times, TOTAL. I'm really disappointed because they look fabulous at my little breakfast bar in my studio. :( ... show more

Great pricing. Very easy to assemble. Sturdy but in a generic mass produced way (meaning, not a High end “durable” feeling). If you are looking for heavy duty long term stools in heavy traffic areas I would not recommend for functionality. Best suited For at home/office or for decoration. It's nice. Just be careful of scratches if you have kiddos. I would still give it 5 because I needed small narrow barstools and it fits. Modern and turned out better than I thought

I'd recommend buying these bar stools, the only thing that stinks is how there are absolutely no instructions how to put them together . They give you a sheet of paper telling you what comes in the box and the parts that are included but absolutely no instructions.
