The only thing that I would add it was the pad so it doesn’t scratch the new floor which I did add a piece of felt so it can be used properly for my need. This is the kind of thing you only use once you never gonna use it again by the way, if you wanna buy our sell to you have the price.

Two floor jacks work well together when working by yourself installing a solid wood (red oak 3 1/2 in) floor. Screw a long 2x4 to the floor an appropriate distance from where you’re working and use a 4x4 as a spacer, with two screws to keep Jack from slipping up. Tightens boards nicely, allowing you to use floor nailer. Recommend buying the set of two jacks. Work saver. The green underpayment is Ultra Seal floor muffler that’s easy to use and quiets floor.
