Great for jogging. My knee has been hurting and swelling. I couldn’t but with this strapped on I was able to run at least one mile and walk another mile. It has helped me a lot. I can run more now and squat. This offers great support.

I would not consider this a "brace". The stabilizer ring is not that substantial. Positive: Soft, easy to apply. Negatives: Not much brace quality. I think you can use this to hold other things in place. It's easy to use the Velcro fasteners, as long as you mark the ends of them. It just doesn't seem like it will provide much bracing help since it's soft and very pliable. ... show more

I have bone on bone OA, but not ready for knee replacement yet. My other braces are longer & bulkier, making them uncomfortable during summer months. My knee started giving out on me & walking got more difficult. Decided to try this little brace and I am very pleased with it so far. I've been wearing it 40 hrs a week for 2 weeks. My knee hasn't given out on me and I can walk noticeably better. I don't have any trouble with slipping or bunching like others have reported. Love it so far! ... show more

I ordered this item to use while I workout at the gym. Its usually painful for me to do squats and other knee focused exercises. I have bought knee sleeves in the past but wanted to give this type of brace a try. It definitely helped but still not at supportive as I need.
